It was distributed in a limited quantity prior to an exhibition held from December 2nd to the 29th at the Vanina Holasek Gallery, 502 W. 27th St. in NYC. The exclusive preview (December 1st) for this, the first (unofficial) Banksy show in NYC, has since become infamous.
